Privacy was good and food was good as well

Insects were a lot and annoying most of the time outside.The pool was not functioning on the last few days, level was dropping they tried to fix but still was not full.

AMAZING STAY! Great variety of breakfast and super tasty, we loved our presidential villa for our group of 9. Would highly recommend The Bell and we hope to visit again!!

Had the most wonderful time for a family getaway. It’s quiet, private, clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The showers needs some fixing and renovation

That it is safe and private and the size of the villa is perfect and also the pool.Location is strategic near to kamala beach and 20 mins to patong beach

every thing was perfect , helpfull and kindly staff . quality of food was excellant , quality of applecation was super good

the breakfast set menu was bored children room was separated and accses direct to the pool , was risky

Amazing atmosphere. Beautiful rooms. HUGE pool! Very clean. Staff are super fast to respond to any requests. They assisted with trip arrangements and transportation so efficiently. We tried the alacarte menu for lunch and the daily breakfast. We really enjoyed the food. Can’t wait to be back for future visits! There was a sweet surprise for my daughter’s birthday when we arrived .

Quite remote location but that wasn’t really a concern because we enjoyed the peace and quiet and were able to go everywhere via taxi. The pool water could get quite cold early in the morning but warmed nicely by the afternoon and that surely didn’t stop us from enjoying it!

I like location where you can find everything around yourself the privacy, luxury and beauty. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all guests.

A lot. There is a lot of insects like lizards and frogs. I found one lizard under my pillow. It’s disgusting

Beautiful clean villa, can't wait to come back with my friends! Beds were comfortable, ample room to roam, and welcome drink is delicious.

The credit card deposit for the room too awhile to be removed they did mention it just didn't understand why it would take nearly close to 2-3 weeks for the holding deposit to return whereas other hotels after check out would immediately return the funds.

The staff are extremely helpful with fast respond, the resturaant serves great food and the application is great for ordering all what you need. The location is suitable in the middle of everything. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent place!! The staff, especially Poppy & Melody were exceptional. The Oasis Spa near the property is also very good.

Can't think of anything big. The lock on the main sliding door was not working, but that didn't bother us at all. Also, the bathing soap dispenser in the master bedroom's bathroom should have been filled a little more.

Beautiful property, fantastic staff and all services arranged via an app.Breakfast was always on time and offered a good selection/choice.Shuttle service is ideal for trips to the beach/central area.

Location was perfect in a quiet area. The stuff were amazingly kind the shuttle service was great as well.

We had exceptionally good experience.Before we arrived Melody communicated with us over WhatsApp and assisted with fast-track service and transfer which I recommend to anyone.They meet and greet us and accompanied us to our villa where our food was waiting for us which I asked to prepare for our arrival time!Villa is spacious, have everything you need and feels luxurious with all tropical plants and trees which is taken care very well as well as pool. It is super nice to wake up with birds singing around.Btw with breakfast included we were getting breakfast delivered right to our villa every morning which feels very nice!Special shout out amazing friendly helpful staff like Melody who was helping literally with any question and helped with all our requests very promptly!Also have to mention how convenient and user friendly their App where you can order food, book activities, communicate with hotel staff and much much more..

Villa is nice

But with a restaurant..is not right.. without a spa ..you perform a massage in guest room is ridiculous..guest is made to sleep on floor to get massage .. you people are using guest room to do massage and charging the guest. Guest room is his privacy ...you can't use guest room ..you should have your own spa room and a spa bed ..you can't use guest room for which guest is paying...you charge the guest for villa ..and use the guest room free for doing your spa business

The location is not far by car but nothing close walking distances

We loved the fact that it was a private villa, secluded from other villas but still were able to order food/have breakfast delivered to us. The breakfast portions were very generous and really tasty. The staff were lovely; ready to help with whatever you needed.

I thought that small repairs around the villa would have been prudent; generally, it didn’t have a 5-star feel to it because doors weren’t closing, toilet seats needed replacing (badly), and the kitchenette was falling apart. The outdoor cushions were also really dirty and gross. A simple pressure wash clean would have sufficed. It’s the lack of attention to detail that lets this property down.
